The system provides comprehensive neonatal ACLS emergency skills training. The manikin is designed according to neonatal anatomic structure and physiological characters, made of imported environmental material. This simple and practical ACLS training tool provides CPR, tracheal intubation, real and simulative defibrillation and pacing, ECG study and assessment and other emergency ways, which applies to major hospitals, medical schools and sanitation schools simulative emergency operation.

Features:

1. Vital signs simulation: bilateral pupil observation: dilated and normal; simulate carotid artery, femoral artery, brachial artery and umbilical artery pulse;

6. Real defibrillation and pacing: can perform real defibrillation and pacing by using with the real defibrillating pacer ( should be prepared by yourself)

7. Heart and Lung Auscultation: It can do auscultation and recognize hundreds of sound such as normal and abnormal heart sound, breath sound, bowel sound and vascular murmur with manikin.

This series of models consists of six development phases and each part shows a state of prenatal cervix and birth canal. The whole models demonstrate the relations between the scope of the expanding of the orifice of cervix, and the range of cervical tunnels, as well as the relation between the position of the head of fetus and the square of ischial spine.

• The orifice of cervix has no expanding, and the cervical tunnels haven't disappeared at all. The positional relation between the head of fetus and the square of ischial spine is -5.
• The orifice of cervix has expanded 2cm bigger, and the cervical tunnels disappear 50%. The positional relation between the head of fetus and the square of ischial spine is -4.
• The orifice of cervix has expanded 4cm bigger, and the cervical tunnels disappear absolutely. The positional relation between the head of fetus and the square of ischial spine is -3
• The orifice of cervix has expanded 5cm bigger, and the cervical tunnels disappear absolutely. The positional relation between the head of fetus and the square of ischial spine is 0.
